Rooted & Rising is a gentle, supportive virtual circle for women with South Asian backgrounds, moving through the emotional terrain of divorce, separation, or the end of a long-term partnership. This is your space to exhale. To reconnect with yourself. To heal in community with others who get it. Created with deep awareness of the cultural nuances, family dynamics, and layered expectations that many South Asian women carry, this group offers compassionate support—wherever you are in your journey. Facilitated by Nisha Sidhu, a certified mindful life coach and meditation teacher, Rooted & Rising blends peer support with reflective practices. Each weekly session offers a sacred pause and a soft place to land, rooted in cultural care, mindfulness, and real conversation.
