Everyone's life journey is unique & while we all have the answers inside us, coaching helps us uncover them. Our life coaching program consists of weekly 60-90 min sessions plus support in between sessions as needed. Program plans can be purchased in increments of 2 months or 6 months. By focusing on whatever areas of life need most attention, with compassion and forward momentum we can work together to build a fulfilling life. In MyLife Coaching, we co-create action steps that you can consistently take towards your big goal(s) by building habits, pushing through your comfort zone, and keeping accountability all while reflecting with a balanced approach so that you can ultimately achieve competence mastery and apply what you have learned during your journey to other areas of life with consistency and well-being. However, it is imperative for us to first build awareness. We use mindfulness techniques to facilitate the process once we have established through auditing where you feel you are currently in life and where you want to be.
For a cancellation refund, please contact us prior to 48 hours in advance via your account on the website. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours in advance will receive class credit but need to be cancelled by email (confirmation will be sent). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full amount.
