This weekly Zoom circle is an online community space for adult children of South Asian immigrants navigating cultural and societal expectations. Together we’ll explore themes of identity, relationships, and belonging through mindfulness, peer connection, and thoughtful discussion. This circle is influenced by the broader conversations around bicultural identity and mental health that leaders, authors, & researchers have helped bring forward. Our focus will be on weaving mindfulness, grounding practices, and peer sharing into those themes in a small, online community-based setting. Please note: this circle is not therapy, professional advice, or a substitute for working with a mental health professional. Weekly Flow (Thursdays evenings) • brief grounding exercise • discussion topic inspired by relevant books (no prep required) • peer-led sharing on current life challenges • closing integration exercise Meeting times: All Thursdays 5:30–6:45pm EST except main holidays (more time slots may be added) Membership • $95/month • Includes a 7-day free trial • Cancel anytime • Registration is ongoing, so new participants are always welcome • Attend on a drop-in or regular basis that fits your schedule • Group size will be intentionally limited to foster interaction & deeper discussion Includes 4 live Zoom gatherings each month + occasional bonuses.
